Before You Request Service at Werke Autosport

A useful service conversation starts with a few details about your vehicle and what you would like help with. You do not need to arrive with a diagnosis or a parts list. Here is how to prepare a request and plan your visit to Werke Autosport in Buffalo, Minnesota.

Put the essentials in your first message

When you call, text, or use our website form, have this short list ready:

  • Your vehicle's year, make, model, and approximate mileage.
  • The service you would like to discuss, or a description of the concern in your own words.
  • When you first noticed the concern and whether it comes and goes.
  • Recent work and any service history you have available.
  • The best way to contact you and any scheduling constraints you would like the team to consider.

You do not need to choose a repair or name a failed part to start the conversation. A simple description of what brought you to us gives the team a place to begin. Keep observations separate from guesses: “I noticed this yesterday” is different from “I think this part needs replacing.” Both can be discussed, but they are not the same kind of information.

Keep a short note of what you want to discuss

If you have several questions, write them down together. Separate a new concern from planned maintenance, and note anything you would like the team to explain when they call. If your service history is incomplete, say so; share the records you have rather than guessing when past work was performed.

Let the team know if you are asking about routine service, an unresolved concern, or a larger project. You can also explain practical constraints, such as a date by which you hope to discuss the work or a preferred contact method. Those details help frame the conversation; they are not a promise that a particular completion date or service will be available.

For an overview before you get in touch, read our European scheduled maintenance guide or diagnostics, coding, and programming guide. You can also browse our service overview to frame your questions.

What happens after you send a request

The website form collects your contact information and initial vehicle or service concern. Werke Autosport uses that information to call you, understand the request, and arrange next steps.

Sending a form is a service request, not a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only after the Werke Autosport team confirms the appointment details with you. Wait for that confirmation before planning your drop-off. If your plans change, contact the team so you can discuss the revised arrangements.

Plan your visit to Buffalo

Our current operating shop is at 4363 28th St SE, Bays 7–8, Buffalo, MN 55313.

Shop and phone hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. We are closed Sunday. Calls outside operating hours go to voicemail; the team reviews voicemails in the morning and returns calls as needed.

An after-hours key drop is available. If you need to use it, discuss the arrangements with the team when confirming your visit. Check the confirmed location and instructions before coming in; photographs and older messages should not substitute for your appointment details.
